Llanboidy Cheese has been made on Sue Jones' farm, Cilowen Uchaf, since 1985. The traditional Llanboidy cheeses are made with the unpasteurised milk from Sue's own herd of rare breed Red Poll cows. In 2001, Llanboidy Cheeses took the gold medal at the British Cheese Awards.
